Declare the Declaration of Freedom from Fear slowly, real slowly and declare it with a smile and conviction. Why with a smile and conviction? Because the emotions you release through your smile and conviction activates your faith to believe what you are saying is true. It should take you about fifteen to twenty minutes to repeat it a number of times. Do it each day until this truth goes from your head to your heart. Once it drops into your heart and becomes a reality, you're home free. Forever free from fear, only having a holy reverential fear of God. God bless you as you break free from the torment of fear.

Declaration of Freedom from Fear
God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. Jesus Christ redeemed me from fear, therefore I refuse to fear. I walk in the perfect love of God and perfect love casts out fear. God is always with me and He is my fortress and shield, therefore I refuse to fear. I overcome all fear because I am more than a conqueror through Christ. Fear is like water rolling off a duck’s back, it has no effect on me. I have been crucified and resurrected with Christ, therefore I am dead to all fear except a holy reverential fear of God. Fear is as far from me as the east is from the west.
